Far more interested in charisma and personality than perfection and glamour, Lindbergh played a pivotal role in creating the beauty ideal of the 90s. His 1997 monograph Images of Women, vol. I, a comprehensive overview of his fashion photos and portraits of celebrities, is now available again in a reduced-size hardcover edition.
